Bad attention from employees

Very bad service. Yesterday I came to request a Covid test and to come tomorrow at 9am so they can give me a card. I arrived and the doctor was not there, he will return at 10am. I came back and the doctor told me to come back at 11am because he has to go out. 3 times I had to go.
